 Hugh Shepherd Jr. is the founder and principal consultant of HSJR Global Solutions, a professional services firm focusing on cyber security, information technology, and emerging tech. He has been involved in the telecommunications and IT industries for over 25 years.

 Hugh considers himself a “Tech Generalist” and a "Multipotentialite", with a broad set of knowledge and skills. Over the course of his career, he has gained experience across a broad spectrum of the technology sector ranging from cyber security, tactical communications, infrastructure installations, network operations, system implementations, and technology strategy consulting for both public and private sector clients. Some of his other interests include urban planning, public policy, sustainability, international development, history, and mentorship.
